Fifa 11 Ultimate team: Some of the best players to buy for your bronze team.
87As i've said many times in my previous hubs my bronze team is a huge part of my Ultimate team experience. If you have a bronze team with 100 chemistry and bags of pace then they can be a real threat to most teams and in turn earn a few hundred more coins than your number 1 gold team would in the same fixture. In this hub i will give you a list of some of the best bronze players that i have come across while playing this years Ultimate team installment on ps3. I won't give you a price guide for each player as it's very hard to do with this level of player in my experience. Bare in my mind though that these are what i personally have come across when i have been looking so there will no doubt be great bronze players left out of the list. If you think a player deserves a mention then please feel free to use the comments below to let us all know.
Goalkeepers
When looking for a goalkeeper i always look for one who is decent in all departments. For instance, I don't like to have a keeper who has great reflexes but terrible handling. So these players are decent all round keepers for the bronze level:
Verhult - 63ov - Willem ll (Belgian)
Babacan - 64ov - Kayserisor (Turkish)
Grunwald - 64ov - Innsbruck (Austrian)
Tomic - 62ov - Karabukspor (Croatian)
Boeckx - 61ov - KAA Gent (Belgian)
Martin - 62ov - Port Vale (English)
Johnson - 64ov - Chicage Fire (USA)
Flahavan - 64ov - Portsmouth (English)
DEFENDERS
When looking for full backs pace is probably the biggest factor in my decision. I also consider important when buying centre backs but as of yet i haven't seen a bronze centre back with pace over 80. I'm sure they are out there and i'm sure a lot of you have seen them but i certainly haven't.
Right Backs:
De La Garcia - 64ov - LA Galaxy (USA)
Hoyte - 64ov - Arsenal (English)
Little - 63ov - Peterborough (English)
Ofuri-Twumasi - 61ov - Peterborough (English)
Left Backs:
Sowah - 62ov - Hamburger SV (German)
Naysmith - 63ov - Huddersfied (Scottish)
Yndestad - 62ov - Tromso IL (Norweigan)
Igwe - 62ov - FC Ingolstadt (USA)
Centre Backs:
Zakuani - 64ov - Peterborough (DR Congo)
Johnson - 63ov - Wycombe (English)
Lachmann - 62ov - FC Groningen (Dutch)
Andresen - 62ov - Lillestrom (Norweigan)
Hernandez - 64ov - SJ Earthquakes (USA)
Charles - 61ov - Aldershot (English)
MIDFIELDERS
Bronze midfielders don't tend to have great passing ability. A passing attribute of 70 or over for a bronze midfielder is considered good in my view so if i find a CM with that ability then i'll normally take him. Obviously when picking CDM, defending is the most important ability along with pace in my opinion. With CAM i look for pace and dribbling more than anything else but this is just my personal preference. For wide midfielders (LM and RM) i consider pace, and dribbling when signing them. Passing ability is a bonus.
Centre Midfield (CM):
Spring - 64ov - Leyton Orient (English)
Folly - 64ov - Aberdeen (Togo)
Bandrowski - 64ov - Lech Poznan (Polish)
Aegerter - 64ov - FC Zurich (Swiss)
Wordsworth - 63ov - Colchester (English)
Jackson - 62ov - Charlton (English)
Defensive Midfielder (CDM)
Hyung Min Shin - 64ov - Pohang Steelers (South Korean)
Gulan - 64ov - Fiorentina (Serbian)
Doubai - 63ov - BSC Young Boys (Ivory Coast)
Walton - 63ov - Plymouth (English)
Attacking midfielder (CAM)
Nagibin - 64ov - Sib Novosibirsk (Russian)
Messaoud - 63ov - AZ Alkmaar (Dutch)
Torres - 63ov - Philadelphia (Colombian)
Ephraim - 64ov - QPR (English)
Right Midfielders (RM):
Stevens - 60ov - Torquay (English)
Brandy - 64ov - SC Paderborn (German)
Diogo - 63ov - Stabaek (Brazilian)
Mayor - 64ov - Preston (English)
Left Midfield:
Sararer - 63ov - Greuther Furth (Spain)
Banner - 64ov - Chicago Fire (USA)
Heidinger - 63ov - Arm. Bielfeld (German)
Ribeiro - 64ov - SBV Excelsior (Cape Verde Islands)
ATTACKERS
Right so down to the best bit, Attackers. This category includes strikers, Centre Forwards and wingers. For strikers i look for pace, pace and more pace. Obviously shooting and heading can be a big part of a strikers game but when they have bags of pace they can cause so many problems and tend to get more than their fair share of chances anyway. I tend to look for pace and heading ability in a Centre Forward although i very rarely use them in all fairness. Dribbling ability and pace are the obvious choices when looking for a winger of course.
Strikers (ST)
Kabba - 63ov - Barnet (English)
Eziyodawe - 62ov - Lillestrom SK (Nigerian)
Odejayi - 63ov - Colchester (Nigerian)
Dosunmi - 64ov - Germinal Beerschot (Nigerian)
Buckley - 64ov - Watford (English)
Robinson - 63ov - Millwall (English)
Forte - 63ov - Scunthorpe (Barbados)
Centre Forward (CF):
Sodje - 64ov - Charlton (English)
Renteria - 64ov - Columbus Crew (Venezuela)
Right Wingers:
Hackett - 62ov - Millwall (English)
Saulo - 64ov - Rio Ave (Brazilian)
Reid - 63ov - Walsall (English)
Antonio - 64ov - Reading (English)
Left Wingers:
McNamee - 64ov - Norwich (English)
Snijders - 64ov - Vitesse (Dutch)
Vicento - 64ov - ADO Den Haag (Dutch)
Jamtfall - 62ov - Rosenborg BK (Norweigan)
So that's a list of 61 bronze players that i have come across when playing the game. As i've said above though these are players that i have seen so there are no doubt many more that i haven't as of yet. Thanks for reading my hub, i hope you find it helpful.

yes i think so to with good chemistry its vital for those bronze tourneys with good payouts.
Another great hub fuller, nice one, cheers for the mention 2,how is your traffic these days,i would imagine that word is spreading that ur the ps3 UT man in the know.lol,ur the ps3 version of me!!Good hub
Hi Fuller, like your hub just wondering if you were at the Stoke City v Hartlepool United game in the FA cup round 2 last year, I was :D
John Ostemobor, RB, Sheff Wed. Is a rather pacey but poorly rated bronze.
A Great player list. I founda n efficient way to find bronze players is to set up a Career Mode, go to the transfer section and search players of lower leagues by attributes. Write down any potential candidates and search in UT.
Only started the whole UT thing yesterday, searching for bronze tips! Your post most helpful by a long long way. Cheers mate.
I know this is goin to sound crazy but i swear to god im in shock , i took up your advice on this playin with a bronze team and buildin ur squad up slowly and i bought that striker odejayi for 200 coins and used all his contracts up and decided to sell him , i just put him at 150 start price with no bin. he sold for 4000 with no contracts :O
Fuller, lol yeah, was a great day for Hartlepool, even though we lost the next round to West Ham, 2-0 I wont even go there with the goals, lets just say it was a very controversial match :P
unbelieveable , sure i was close to stickin that 300 bin price on him meself lol , did some research on him there and hes being sold for 11,000 gutted i am swear
yeah well im really only playin with this bronze team to make more coins and build up a good solid gold team, yet since your so close to havin that perfect team i would invest in ephraim for 12k. plus you'd be able to sell him on in the future for more or less same money.
Oduro ST 91 Pace :O
oduro plays for houston dynamo in mls
Wow, Oduro goes for so much! Seen him go for 32k. I have a hub and a picture on it if you want to see :)
Yeah I literally dropped my controller and ran to grab my camera lol
searching really expensive bronze players and i found one with insane pase!!!
name: holmen
position: ST
Counrty: Norway
League: tippeligaen
hes only rated 54 but he has 88 pace thats insane even for most gold strikers
just found another one haha
his names wynne he playes in MLS for colorado rapids his pace is 92 haha fastest defender in the game???
Yeah there is a lot of bronze players that have really awesome pace in mls, Oduro, Wynne
great hub once again fuller
i just found a dube going for 41k!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
yeah
it takes so much patience this but i like the challenge. i got a few cheap but i struggle building the team to get 100% chemistry. i bet so many people just discard bronze players that i want.
away from topic. i was looking for a brazilian striker and stumbled across a guy called reinaldo who is wearing glasses on his picture lmao neve seen that before and i've been die hard UT since 09. class! great page BTW!
i think you need to do a silver one
Got a player could FOX hes shiny and a CM 63 overall
There's a player for Stevenage called Winn. 58 overall but 87 pace!
fantastic hub.
Wynne - RB - 63 ovr (I think) 92 PACE! He plays in MLS for a team called Colorado Rapids. Sells for 10k+
Chavez - RM - 62 ovr 83 pace - MLS - FC Dallas - Honduras. Sells for 1-2k
